NO! Apps use the calendar method to base your current fertile window on last month's timing of your period. This is highly inaccurate.
Unlike the pill which throws you off and reduces efficacy when you miss a day, temp tracking is all about looking for the trend. So if you miss a few days, it does not reduce efficacy. Especially because there are only 11 days that really matter to track.
